Our latest Achievements
Residential Building Complex
One of our current projects is the Monagroulli RESITENTIAL BUILDING COMPLEX which includes 7 hi luxury villas with private roads, and private security and also private swimming pools, alarm systems and all necessary technology in the market to make living more pleasant and more private. The complex has been submitted to the authorities for a building permit and we are on the stage of finalizing the cost parameters and material selection before starting all works.
Apartment Building
Medium Luxury Apartment Building at Tseri is one of our latest completed projects. We started already the foundation and the base of the basement floor and you can see recent photos on our Instagram page savvasarch . The Building is of 4 apartments of 2 bedrooms, two of them are ground floor apartments and they share all the ground yard around the building and they also possess extra second parking spaces on the ground floor and there are another 2 apartments on the 1st floor which also have underground parking garage in the basement. All Apartments will share the economy from Photovoltaic systems to be installed on the roof.
City Home
This is one of our designs in the category of CITY HOMES. It is a medium luxury home of steel structure with CLASS A insulation. At 198 square meters it offers three bedrooms upstairs and all other family areas on the ground floor with extra parking garage, and garden lights. This house will also be equipped with photovoltaic systems and all other electronic surveillance tools as well as quality sanitary and other fixings. Priced at 220 thousand Euros it is a prime example of what young families are looking for to start their life especially when they own already a whole or part of city plot.
Budget Home
Smaller Housing Units for the families that need to start their life soon and without extra costs. Made of reliable materials and medium luxury finishes, these Budget Homes as we call them are a solution to every young couple who desire to have something more than just an apartment. That is why we call them BUDGET HOMES because they really fall into a low budget margin of 150 to 170 thousand Euros which sometimes costs less than one apartment. They are designed as semi detached homes in one plot of land and they include 3 Bedrooms on 1st floor and Kitchens and living rooms on the Ground floor. Parking Garage available and swimming pools are on request.
Villa R2
Special modern design with curved covered verandas and large living spaces inside are our latest achievements for a client in Monagroulli in Limassol . Luxury at is best will be the title of each and every one of these luxurious villas having all comfort and quality combined. Expensive floor finishes and thermal glass will be used, as well as central heating and air condition systems. All houses in the category will have their own private swimming pools, large gardens and garage for cars. Privacy and security will be the first concern during the finalization of the designs which is currently on the way.
Melpomeni Residence
A three story Apartment building in Lakatameia area of Nicosia which includes 12 apartments of 2 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms, It is located right opposite the athletic stadium of Lakatameia and the Linear Park which goes all the way to Nicosia. All Apartments will have a covered parking garage and closed private storage room on the ground floor. CLASS A insulation materials are used and high quality sanitary fixtures as well. All Apartments will share the economy from Photovoltaic systems to be installed on the roof. The Project is Under Construction.
